OWNER AND FOUNDER

Anthony Van Der Haer

Anthony is a specialist consultant providing corporate governance, compliance, company secretarial services to clients, and a specialist in King IV and the Companies Act.

Anthony is the owner and founder of the consultancy firm. Admitted as an Advocate of the High Court in 2013 and later a Chartered Company Secretary. Former Chairperson and non-executive board member. He has extensive experience in law and governance and a passion for helping people.

Mainly operating from the Johannesburg office, personally serving as the designated company secretary for several listed and large unlisted companies, where he is closely involved in applying sound corporate governance principles and instilling a culture of best practice.

Anthony has over 11 years of legal experience, 9 years of post-admission experience as well as 11 years of practical business and business management experience. With well over 11 years in the profession; he is well equipped to assist in any legal or governance-related matter.
